Meet Crystal Meyer
I’m Crystal Meyer, a licensed mortgage broker who believes getting a mortgage should involve a lot more strategy and a lot less confusion.
I work with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and the Realtors who represent them to find financing that fits the bigger picture. Sometimes that's a straightforward conventional, FHA, VA, or USDA loan. Other times, it's a self-employed borrower who doesn't fit neatly into the traditional lending box, an investor building a portfolio, or a deal that needs a little creativity to get across the finish line.
That’s where being a mortgage broker matters.
I’m not tied to one bank or one set of loan products. I work with multiple lenders and a wide range of financing options, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, renovation and construction loans, bank statement programs, DSCR and other investor financing, and non-traditional mortgage solutions.
For My Investors
I've been involved in real estate investing for years, so I understand investor financing from more than a guideline sheet. I understand leverage, cash flow, equity, BRRRRs, rehabs, refinances, and the bigger goal of building a portfolio.
